Can't replace website certificate properly #4950

What filters do you have enabled?

AdGuard Base filter, AdGuard Chinese filter, EasyList, EasyList China

What Stealth Mode options do you have enabled?

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open webiste https://www.oursteps.com.au Will see SSL error
    1

  2. Refresh, then should be open the website.

  3. Check the ADguard icon, will show website certificate expired. (I notice if refresh a few times, then this message randomly go away)
    3

  4. Check website certificate, it's using Let's encrypt certificate, which is not replace by Adguard, and it's not expired.
    2

  5. Ads could not be removed due to certificate not replaced.

Looks like this issue is similar to #4948

After investigation, disable check website certificate transparency fixed this issue.
But website certificate looks good. No idea why this check cause this problme
