Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit https://toonkor313.com/%EC%9B%B9%ED%88%B0
2. Check that the TLS certificate CA of the website.

Actual Behavior

The TLS CA is not AdGuard Personal CA.

Expected Behavior

The TLS CA must be AdGuard Personal CA.

I can reproduce similar problem in Chrome with AdGuard 7.16.0 n4

1. Open a HTTPS site without AdGuard app
2. Open with AdGuard
   => HTTPS filtering does not work in Chrome.

Floating bug, probably caused by some issues in UDP-connections, will be fixed ASAP.
