CPU is high when using AdGuard VPN in Selective mode and Ad Blocker with system DNS enabled #4750

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch AdGuard Ad Blocker with System DNS enabled
  2. Open AdGuard VPN and choose Selective mode (VPN is on selectively)
  3. Add any domain and connect to VPN

Expected Behavior

CPU is not high

Actual Behavior

CPU is 100%
