I only recently learnt you could have websites excluded from Stealth mode via #485 - could there be an Exclusions tab in Stealth Mode so Exclusions could be added and modified via the UI?

I keep experiencing lots of issues with Stealth Mode options that perhaps would benefit from a similar configuration like the prefilled HTTPS exclusion whitelist, by having whitelist exclusions for particular individual Stealth Mode features.

eg. I want to hide referrer from third-parties, but would like to exclude Google Keep so I can continue using the Chrome App, otherwise it refuses to work.

eg2. I would like to Block third-party authorisation header, but would like to whitelist Chrome extensions that rely on this feature.

If I could do the examples above, then I can still use Stealth Features that would benefit in general browsing, but allow some particular things to continue working.
