bbc.com and some other sites wont load at the first open attempt. firefox shows "PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR" error and NS_ERROR_FAILURE on dev tools - network.

I took a look at the adguard filter browser assistant and found https filtering is not performed on those sites. I didn't manually add any bbc.com rules.
safari and chromium based browsers also have this "https was not performed for this website" error but chromium based ones can open those sites at the first attempt while safari cant either.
