I don't see that on release version of the extension.
Seems that the issue related to AdguardTeam/Scriptlets#334. It was fixed, but I assume that it's not available in current beta.
So, you have some options:

• switching to a release channel
• waiting for an update to the beta channel.

@zloyden all options stink, between two fires 😄 but the stable release has a major issue where multiple scriptlet rules are not working in the User rules tab. That beta version fixes this, now thanks to you I saw that there is a issue with this beta, I hope there are no more issues. 👍
