Steps to reproduce:
Expected Behavior
Song is skipped and continues playback after short delay (MV2 extension behaviour).
Actual Behavior
Song is skipped, ad displays but never plays, player is left in broken state that requires a refresh.

Dev console shows these errors:
Denying load of chrome-extension://apjcbfpjihpedihablmalmbbhjpklbdf/web-accessible-resources/redirects/noopmp4.mp4. Resources must be listed in the web_accessible_resources manifest key in order to be loaded by pages outside the extension.
More rarely:
