Issue Details

After the 4.2.110 update, when turning the protection button off and on, the web page refreshes (about 4-5 sec) slowly, it was refreshed much faster before.

Expected Behavior

When turning the protection button off and on, the web page should be refresh more faster.

I'm using v4.2.168 of the AdGuard Browser Extension and can confirm it is slower to refresh a page after clicking the "protection switch" to enable or disable filtering, yes -- at-least 3-4 seconds before it reloads the page, whereas it used to be near-instant.

This occurs in both Microsoft Edge 117.0.2045.55 and Firefox 118.0.1

It seems the button wait time depends on the number of filters.
3 to 7 seconds at default settings.

But i have many filters enabled, and the waiting time sometimes reaches 30+ SECONDS. It is unbearable

If you disable filtering by button Right button click > Adguard > Pause Adguard protection, it will reload page now, without waiting, but this button disables Adguard globally

Reproducible on:
Vivaldi - Version 6.8.3381.44 (Official Build) stable (64-bit) (Chromuim 126.0.6478.119) (Fresh)

UPD: Looks like AdGuard Browser extension MV3 does not affected
