Blocked services - everything switches to On overnight

My Adguard Home did this now three days in a row - in the morning all services on Blocked Services page are switched to On.
I uncheck all of them, turn the blocking only for things I want to block and next day it is the same all over again.

Any ideas?
I'm on v0.107.69

Is this the global blocked services or client specific settings?

This is in general - Filters -> Blocked services.
I have maybe 10-15 things enabled and every morning for last few days I wake up to everything on the page being turned on.
