Stack indicators do not refresh when app icons are toggled on/off

**To reproduce**

Create a stack of 2 or more windows on a space.

Open the hammerspoon console and execute:

`wsi.toggleIcons()`

Note that, when the mirror operation completes, the windows have moved, but the stack indicators remain stationary.
