How to make own style using online service, is it possible?

I tested the plugin to create pictures, and wanted to create my own style(download from civit ai checkpoints and LoRa) downloaded. But for some reason I can not add anything to the style, I create a style go to the folder where should lie checkpoints throw there file. But it is just not visible. My theory is that the problem is that I do everything through onine (not locally) locally I can't because it takes too long on cpu and I have amd (and I can't see it in Run on CPU/CUDA) so first I just want to know if I'm right?

I mean am I right that I can't run my own (downloaded) checkpoints etc online. If I'm wrong and that's not the case, what is? I would like to find out first and if I am wrong I will tell you more about what I am trying to do, thanks in advance.
