Written in NOIS II for a DE10-Lite Computer
When a user selects switches this program turns on the corresponding LEDs which flash on and off every second. It will also display the number of switches selected on the seven-segment display in decimal, binary, or hex which the user can toggle through using the first push button. The UART also displays the number of switches selected in text.
