Padding under slider in Reader to prevent accident scroll

Why you want this feature to be implemented? Please describe.
When trying to exit the app by swiping from bottom up (swiping up), there is a possibility to accidentally touch the slider and scroll. It would be convenient to add the padding that will prevent this from happening.
