Win版无法写入磁盘

dotNet版提示failed writing received data to disk

命令行版尝试login，提示不能写入%userprofile%.pcs\pcs.context

手动创建%userprofile%.pcs目录以后，可正常使用。

建议最好不要往userprofile里写东西了，资源管理器里并不会隐藏此类目录，会看起来乱乱的。或者至少先尝试使用可执行文件当前目录下的pcs.context，如果没有再去userprofile里找。

另外，可否考虑提供导出下载地址的功能？主要是想用openwrt上挂的aria2来下载。
