Description
Background
When project used semi-automated way for migration of Release notes from PR to Issue then there can be a situation when more PRs with Release notes migrate them to same mentioned Issue.
Then Issue can be populated by several Release notes comments.
Feature
Update current implementation to scan for all Release notes comments and collect their content.
