This initial milestone covers the initial migration work from the old repo into this new repo. Primary features in this milestone:

• Create the initial Powershell installer (a basic skeleton, but functional)
• Import DDL for CoreXR and AutoWho tables and procedures from the old repository
• Modify the DDL to support TempDB-only installations
• Modify the installer to support TempDB-only installations
• Add SQL Agent jobs and other scaffolding so that upon completed installation, the AutoWho trace can be started
• Validation of the data produced by the AutoWho trace (and supporting CoreXR objects)
