My UI was not shown properly, re-intall didn't work, anyone saw same issue with mine?

in the browser press F12 and switch the networks tab
then press F5 to reload the webpage and observe the connections at the web page made to the server
my guess is that you will see lots of errors resulted in lots of resources not being loaded

maybe send a screenshot of those errors so we can see what's going on

I made a change of windows Registry: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT > .css
"type" should be text/css
It works well after that.

No, I check other PC and the same setting about that in Win12.
Application/text is default value.

if "Win12" have that by default that is just worng
as defined by iana https://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/media-types.xhtml

• regardless of how it happened I open a PR to make sure it set to MIME type text/css #16406
