Add --source and --build command line options to make.py

I would like to add the option to make.py to get sources from arbitrary locations and put the build output to any other location, for ad-hock compilation (of things not in the tests.py). Any comments or suggestions to that?

I agree, we're using the mbed platform to build projects internally that
our hosted on our enterprise git repository.
To build we had to created our own script based of make.py to compile from
our projects folder.
It would be great if it had something out of the box.
