This PR is a minor cleanup for test code and misc native utilities:

  • Python updated to newer Pylint release.
  • Python test script updated to handle capturing Pylint and Pycodestyle output.
  • Obsolete native utilities deleted.

Work in progress:

  • Improving Python code to reduce Pylint and Pycodestyle issue list.
