Zig LLVM-backend miscomp on LoongArch64

Bug description

As of 0.14.0, the LLVM bitcode backend of Zig miscompiles Zig stage3 for LoongArch64 targets.

Steps to reproduce

• Cross bootstrap a stage3 Zig for LoongArch64.
• zig init
• zig build, Zig crashes here

Update channel(s)

ziglang/zig#22780 seems to have fixed this and the latest dev version is working.
