Closing this PR - the updates are already applied in main.

The project now uses central package management via Directory.Packages.props, which already contains:

• TUnitVersion=1.7.20 ✓
• Microsoft.Testing.Extensions.CodeCoverage=18.1.0 ✓

The conflict occurred because Dependabot was trying to update the old inline version format in the csproj, which was refactored out.
