Description:

Develop the Pending Review Service (PRS) module responsible for managing and storing user registration data pending verification. This service will interact with the Online Banking System (OBS) to verify user registrations using OTPs and ensure secure storage of pending registration data.

Requirements:

Create APIs to store, retrieve, and verify pending user registrations.
Handle OTP generation and validation.
Integrate with OBS for verification and further processing.
Ensure secure storage and timely expiration of pending registrations.

Acceptance Criteria:

Pending registrations are stored, retrieved, and verified successfully.
OTP is validated and integrated with the registration process.
