Technological Weapons

This section is likely going to be the most controversial of all the conversions as everyone has a different take on how firearms should work. So for the most part these are only going to be conversions for levels, price and bulk.

New traits will be indicated with a carat (^) and are linked to their explanation.

Arc Pistol

Level 8; Price 600 gp; Bulk 1; Hands 1; Range 50 feet;

Autograpnel

Level 6; Price 240 gp; Bulk 2; Hands 2; Range 30 feet;

Traits Uncommon, Grapple, Tech^

Capacity 20; Power Use 1 charge; Craft DC 20;

Chainsaw

Price 150 gp; Damage 1d10 S Bulk 2; Hands 2; Group Axe;

Capacity 10; Craft DC 20;

Activate interact (2 actions); Power Use 1 charge; Effect You activate the chainsaw. It gains the Deadly d12 trait and upon a critical hit, the chainsaw inflicts 1d4 persistent bleed damage as long as it is activated. In addition the wielder of an activated chainsaw gains a +2 circumstance bonus to rolls to Demoralze, but takes a -4 circumstance penalty to attempts to Sneak or Hide. The chainsaw uses 1 charge of power per round it's activated, and deactivates when it runs out of power or is dropped.

EMP Pistol

EMP pistols deal no damage to living creatures.

Flare Gun

Laser Torch

Level 8; Price 450 gp; Damage 1d10 Fire Bulk 1; Hands 1;

Special This weapon's damage is not affected by strength. When used against unattended objects or structures, the laser torch is able to ignore 10 points of Hardness unless the target is particularly fire-resistant.
