A JupyterLab extension highlighting misspelled words in markdown cells within notebooks.
The JupyterLab extension is based on the spellchecker Jupyter Notebook extension and relies on Typo.js for the actual spell checking.
The extension currently only use the en_US dictionary loaded from the jsdelivr.net cdn.
The extension has been tested up to JupyterLab version 2.0.0.
jupyter labextension install @ijmbarr/jupyterlab_spellcheckerFor a development installation (requires npm version 4 or later), do the following in the repository directory:
npm install
npm run build
jupyter labextension link .To rebuild the package and the JupyterLab app:
npm run build
jupyter lab build
