Pending Transaction that requires user confirmation

User Test insights have shown that user would like to be notified when there is a pending transaction that they have to confirm.

We should introduce a new sticky notification that contains this information:

Check if there is a transaction in the awaiting state where one of the “unconfirmed” owners equals the connected wallet address and in this case show a sticky notification: “A pending transaction requires your confirmation!”?

Also we should make it easier to undertand the confirmed/unconfirmed/executable/executed states in the transaction list.

@lukasschor Should the link on the notification open/expand the corresponding transaction or simply link to the tx list without a specific tx selected? Maybe we can filter the list to display only the pending tx?

Also, should the notification be hidden for other users when someone else confirms the tx?

Clicking on the notification should redirect to the tx list.

If it's doable it would be cool if it could automatically expand the transaction that requires user action. If there are multiple transactions that need to be confirmed it should exapand only the one with the lowest nonce. But this is a nice-to-have in my opinion, it could also just direct to the tx list for now.

I think there is no need for filtering the list, as we do not allow out-of-order transactions and awaiting tx are therefore always at the top. (Default sorting is by nonce descending after #293 is merged)

Not sure I understand correctly. Do you mean when User A's confirmation is required but User B which also hasn't confirmed yet confirms in the meantime?

What if there are multiple safes? I think we should include safe's name in notification text.

I think that makes sense. Something like <Safe Name>: A pending transaction requires your confirmation! ?
