Can no longer add any m3u or no longer use app on Mac M1 #432

Describe the bug*
App forgets m3u list and while hitting the add button windows turns white and loses functionality

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'open app'
Click on 'plus / add button' (App crashes)
Scroll down to '....'
See error

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Options to add the m3u list opens drag and drop window

OS: Mac OS Sonoma 14.5
