Orange TV - The media could no be loaded

Describe the bug
Wanna watch Orange TV Programs.
Be in France, connectet to a Orange Livebox Router.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
0. start: IPTVnator-0.15.1.AppImage

1. Go to 'Add playlist'
2. Click on 'm3u file' from https://github.com/EtudiantGONZALO/TvHeadEnd/tree/main
3. Scroll down to 'TF1' (for example)
4. See error:

in console:
