I am getting error Invalis Scopes: publish_stream. The permissions offline_access and publish_stream are deprecated, so cannot be requested anymore.

Where do we update this permissions?

I replaced publish_stream with publish_actions. No difference, same error message.

FIXED
graph.facebook.com.custom_permission should be updated to graph.facebook.com.custom_permissions

ex:
#facebook
graph.facebook.com.consumer_key = key
graph.facebook.com.consumer_secret = secret
graph.facebook.com.custom_permissions = publish_actions,public_profile,email
