Features include:
	Pan and zoom
	Top Bar Menu gives additional listing of all process areas
	Dots or pins on map display process area when they are hovered over
	Clicking on a dot holds the hover view with an expanded list of equipment and links to the
		courses or to zoom in on the process area
	Double Clicking a dot could be the same as the Zoom button
	Process diagram view
	Building highlight for selected process area
