I stumbled across this error, when I tried debugging why
resumable.jsstopped retrying to upload a chunk. I, personally, think the default of100retries is fine, so I changed the readme instead of the code. However, if you disagree, feel free to close this PR in favor of a PR, which fixes the code instead of the readme.
