PIL is defined in the stitcher.py but requirements.txt doesn't install it, you must have PIL installed to rn stitcher.py. #13

python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip
python3 -m pip install --upgrade Pillow

you need to enter these into the command line to use Stitcher.py
