As it stands now, most of the AppID modules in this repo will only create IP-based entries. Whenever a user configures another service with a less specific IP address but includes transport X, it will take precedence over something without any transport defined.

TODO: update the modules to produce output that includes transport for tcp/udp/icmp when ports are unknown.
