Describe the bug
When an image is embedded in post content and that post content is sent out to generate an audio file, the resulting audio file includes various meta data about the image. I would submit that we should either include just the alt text or perhaps nothing about the image at all, since this isn't a screen reader scenario and more likely that someone's listening to the post content either in an un-focused browser tab or perhaps part of a bundle of audio posts in a podcast.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a post
- include an image with caption, description, alt text provided
- add some additional sample text to the post content
- enable text-to-speech on the post
- publish the post
- listen to the audio file and hear various meta data on the image in the resulting audio file
