Description

Wrapper for making RPC requests.

polycli rpc URL method param_0 param_1 ... param_n [flags]

Usage

This is a simple tool to avoid typing JSON on the command line while making RPC calls. The implementation is generic and this is meant to be a complete generic RPC tool.

$ polycli rpc https://polygon-rpc.com eth_blockNumber
$ polycli rpc https://polygon-rpc.com eth_getBlockByNumber 0x1e99576 true
$ polycli rpc http://127.0.0.1:8541 eth_getBlockByNumber 0x10E true

Flags

  -h, --help   help for rpc

The command also inherits flags from parent commands.

      --config string   config file (default is $HOME/.polygon-cli.yaml)
      --pretty-logs     Should logs be in pretty format or JSON (default true)
  -v, --verbosity int   0 - Silent
                        100 Panic
                        200 Fatal
                        300 Error
                        400 Warning
                        500 Info
                        600 Debug
                        700 Trace (default 500)
