Wrapper for making RPC requests.
polycli rpc URL method param_0 param_1 ... param_n [flags]
This is a simple tool to avoid typing JSON on the command line while making RPC calls. The implementation is generic and this is meant to be a complete generic RPC tool.

The command also inherits flags from parent commands.
--config string config file (default is $HOME/.polygon-cli.yaml)
